Uefi boot mode or legacy boot mode with asus p8z68 deluxe?

Hi everyone,i would like to know wich el capitan unibeast metod i can use with my asus p8z68 deluxe motherboard, uefi or legacy boot mode?.....thank you!

hi ,thank you for fast reply!!.....latest bios version for win 7/8 or xp/vista?...my actually version is very old and then I will have to' update it!!
