Two serial numbers in Apple ID with same Mac Pro

Hi there

I have a question about the strange fact that i have two different serial numbers in my Apple ID. I was fooling around with the fix imessage post and after changing the serial in Smbios/clover this happened. There is one Mac with the current serial used in Clover but there is another one i do not recognize nor can i find where it came from....???
Also i am not able to use Imessage. Icloud, email and Appstore do work fine however.

Removing the one and/or the other did not resolve the issue. The "wrong one" keeps coming back

Does anyone have any clue/tips/thoughts how to fix this?

If the one that you perceive as the "wrong one" keeps coming back then it is because that is the one that you are using.
Remove both from iCloud and your Apple ID, the one that comes back is the one that you are currently using.

Well actually i managed to delete both the ID's in Apple ID. By logging out of the Hackintosh system, shutting it down and delete them on another system. However after logging back in they BOTH return ???

so here is where i am stuck....
