Two audio issues on Mojave.

I've got the below issues on Mojave. I'm putting them in one issue because I think they might be related. Here they are:

1. When I turn on my computer, I get a hissing & crackling sound from internal speakers.
2. I can't get any sound from speakers. It's like the rear jack or the front jack are not working. Speakers work though.

What do you mean by this? I went there, and there is absolutely nothing except one post that says

If you are having issues with your laptop post in the appropriate laptop forum.
