Two 8800GT (non-SLI) for four monitors

Hey guys,
I was wondering if it's possible to boot with two 8800GTs not in SLI mode, simply so I can run four monitors off my hackintosh.
Did a search but couldn't find anything on non-sli multi GPU set-ups. Search terms might have been a bit generic .
I'm running GA-P55-UD5 at the moment with a single 8800.
