Thank you for your reply! I'm using the Gigabyte B360M D3H motherboard with the latest BIOS update and everything is fine under Windows.But under Mojave my cpu is peaking at 3.6Ghz. Yes, the XMP profile is set to 1 so my RAM sticks are running at full 2666Mhz speed.This seems to be a settings in BIOS settings. What motherboard are you using? And BIOS version. Have you tried to set BIOS to default and only add the hackintosh needed settings? Have you enabled XMP I profile in BIOS? I have read about this on Windows forums and there is was related to a BIOS update. Like this forum post.
What SMBIOS are you using? I would try other SMBIOS modell. Maybe look at what others are doing with 9700k:

Very strange. I found only one kext in your EFI folder. Don't you use any other than FakeSMC.kext?
