Do you mean hotplug reboot fix? It is enabled already
edit: nevermind it is not anymore, but I tried before and there was no difference
edit 2: To be sure I enabled it again, no difference (still reboot when plugging in HDMI), attached is my new config.plist

Fixed!
After some tries I found the fix, the only thing needed was turning on the patch "0105 instead of 0306, HDMI" and after that HDMI works!
