Trying to Updated From Sierra to Catalina - SMBIOS is Blank in config.plist > Problem?

Hello all! So I haven't had luck updating at all. I'm on Sierra right now. I noticed in Clover that my SMBIOS is blank. Maybe why I can't update?? Also, I see the system will reboot alot to install. Well, Windows is being a d**k and will not allow Clover to exist. I have separate drives for Windows and Mac, so I need an external drive, which is my backup of Sierra, to boot up.

So do I need a SMBIOS in order to update?? I really wanna update.

It is advisable to have the SMBIOS field filled in.

Gotcha! I will do a little digging on what SMBIOS to have for my system. I hope that's the missing puzzle piece.
