I have a MacBook Pro with 10.15.2 and Catalina installed on it. I am trying to install Clover to a USB and unable. Clover says "Cannot install w/o insuring the file system is read-write. I tried using "csrutil disable" to overcome this but it fails saying "This toll needs to be executed from the Recovery OS."

Seems odd but is Apple really working to stop Clover or is just all the security in Catalina now? I would be very interested to hear how to overcome this.

Well rebooting fixed it, not sure why.
