Troubleshooting IO ports (Thunderbolt 4 and USB) on Z590

Hey everyone!
I just finished a (semi) successful build:
CPU is i9-11900k
GPU is Gigabyte AORUS RX580
MB is Gigabyte Z590 Vision D

Most of the things work, but I have 2 problems I couldn't figure out how to solve no matter how deep I dig.
First, Thunderbolt 4 Hot Plugging. I have no idea what SSDT to use and the ones I tried couldn't boot so I needed to boot from the bootable drive.

Second problem is that sometimes all of the USB devices just stop working, I can see the screen is still responding and thunderbolt audio works, but I have no choice but to restart my system.

Also iMessage won't work but I fixed it on my previous build so I just need to get my hands on it and it's not such a complicated fix.

For the USB issues look at which version of USBInjectAll.kext you are using, you probably need to be using v0.7.7 or the latest v0.7.8 for your Z590 motherboard - https://github.com/daliansky/OS-X-USB-Inject-All

No idea about the TB issue.

TB hot plugging is currently broken on the Vision D.

It works with a few devices depending on their chipset but mostly doesn't work at all.
