I can get the surface to boot via usb, copied the EFI folder into the System folder, and can get it to boot from the SSD. The issue I'm having is that I cannot get the system to boot when changing the config.plist to pick up graphics. Right now the plist that I have loaded is this exact one: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist which I know isn't correct.
Verbose output shows last lines as appleintellpssi2ccontroller servicematchingtime timed out, which, from my understanding isn't the issue. If I boot normally, the loading bar fills up and locks up. I'll get the error reporting uploaded here when I get home a bit later today, but I figured maybe posting now would give some ideas before then.
I'm currently reading through these posts here to get a better understanding.
