Trim? problem with ssd on sierra 10.12.6

Hi guys. recently encountered a problem on sierra 10.12.6
The fact is that I included TRIM through TERMINAL.
Then he began to notice strange friezes with animation.
It appears if you do not touch the system for a while.
As soon as I come back for the device there are strong glitches with animation.
Sometimes it passes and sometimes the device hangs tightly.
Experienced, I managed to establish that this is TRIM.
How can I fix this?
I'm afraid that without TRIM very quickly my SSD will fail.

my configuration is i5 6600k (4000). ram 8gb ddr4 (3100). msi gtx 1060 6gb. ssd intel 535 120gb sata3 mlc. hdd wd blue 500gb
