This is a picture of my screen
Try:
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Options -> Binaries patching and enable Kernel PM Patch, AppleIntelCPUPM Patch and AppleRTC Patch.
Select Return twice and try to boot.

I don’t have this option
My bad, you don't need to press the space bar at the Clover Boot Screen.

At Clover Boot Screen select Options -> Binaries patching and enable Kernel PM Patch, AppleIntelCPUPM Patch and AppleRTC Patch.
Select Return twice and try to boot.

BTW there is no requirement to host your images on third party sites - You may attach them to your posts here.

I suggest you swap the EFI folder on your SSD with the one from your USB drive.
That way you should be able to boot your system without the USB drive.

After that we can have a look at your config.plist to fix your graphics.
The GTX 660 works out of the box with full acceleration with native drivers and NO injection.

- Mount the EFI partition of your USB drive
- Copy the EFI folder of your USB drive to the desktop
- Unmount the EFI partition of your USB drive
- Mount the EFI partition of your SSD drive
- Find and delete the EFI folder that is on the SSD drive and replace it with the one you copied from the USB drive
- Reboot
