Transmac USB

So I tried formatting a USB drive with Transmac but now it's completely corrupted, it's named HZ and I can't remove the partition/reset it to its original state. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Try boot Windows, open command window.
Type and hit enter
diskpart
list disk

once you have identified your USB drive, say it is disk 2, type and hit enter
select disk 2
clean
quick format fs=FAT32
exit
exit
