TP-Link TL-WN781ND v3 on High Sierra

Hi,

I just bought a new Wifi card, TP-Link TL-WN781ND (version 3), for my hackintosh, however I'm not able to find any Kexts for the Version3 of this card. I tried installing the kexts for V2, by using kextsutility however, that didn't seem to work, the OS network options doesn't even have Wireless option in it yet.

Could somebody please help me with this please? Thanks


P.S. - on a separate note, I mistakenly deleted the IO80211Family and AtherosWiFiInjector kexts(I tried installing for v2) directly by going into system/library/extensions folder, instead of properly uninstalling it via terminal, and not the OS would't boot, it restarts at the apple logo. If somebody can help me with that, without actually reinstalling the whole OS again, it'd be so much appreciated. Thanks.

Same v3 here, tried kexts in the forum and it didn't work.

Yeah, v3 not works for me either with the kexts created for v2 (or v2.2)

What device ID does it have? Use DCPIManager and set to PCI list (see pic).

You could test these kexts in Clover/Kexts/Other folder see if anything shows up.

It looks like realtec, not Atheros that’s weird.
