touhpad and laptop not working after upgrading RAM from 4gb to 8gb in HP laptop

Hi All,

HP Notebook - 15-r204tx

After upgrading RAM to 8gb, touchpad and keyboard stopped working. Driver reinstallation also not worked. Then I removed the new RAM but still problem exist. I am using USB mouse and remote keyboard. Its difficult to work like this. Please guide me to solve this issue. Its very urgent.
