Touchscreens that are connected via USB (eg. internal USB connection) usually work, but for single touch only.
It is relatively useless.
Touchscreens connected with I2C are a different matter.

Which patch did you apply? Did you dissasamble the DSDT as per guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.152573/ ?
Hint: For 10.12.4 or later, you must use SSDT-PNLF.aml, AppleBacklightInjector.kext and a patch for AppleBacklight.kext. All of them are provided from the brightess guide.

There Isn't Any File With Name SSDT-PNLE.aml Also DSDT.aml Gives Me Errors Without Edit Anything Inside Of It : (
