Hello everybody,

So I just recently finished installing macOS Mojave on my laptop (exact model in the title) and I've been having some problems getting everything to work as desired. I have tried to solve most of them on my own, but I would nonetheless love to hear opinions from this newfound community of fellow Hackintoshers. With that said, here's it:

- Keyboard: I would like to begin with what I have been able to solve on my own, namely the keyboard. A simple VoodooPS2Controller followed by a reboot sufficed (fortunately).

- Bootloader: I also did manage to stop Windows Bootloader from getting in the way of Clover, by downloading a tool called Bootice and disabling it from there.

Now onto what's not working :):

- Audio: This seems to be the easiest one of the bunch, although potentially the most tedious as well. After a bit of looking around it seems that I'm running the Realtek ALC269 audio chipset, and that I therefore have to try lots of "Inject" (don't even know what that is, though I'd love to) options inside the config.plist file, and restart after each one of them. I suspect there isn't a more efficient way to do this, but I lose nothing asking. [EDIT 20:42 19/01/2019: After trying several layout-id's, 10 seemed to work OK, although only through the Headphone jack. However, after changing it to something else and then back to 10, it stopped working entirely.]

- Boot time: Boot times seem to be much much slower than those of Windows (another partition on the same drive). This may be inherent to the OS, but the strange thing is that they're up to three times slower on reboots. I saw a similar post regarding this on this forum, but the answer was focused specifically on the system and situation of the poster.

- Graphics: My laptop is equipped with an AMD Radeon HD 7670M 2GB discrete graphics card. macOS seems to be able to recognise it, but only 4MB of VRAM seem to be accessible. WhateverGreen kernel extension is installed, seemingly to no effect. This makes some animations painfully slow, and I'm guessing will give me worse problems in the future.

- Bluetooth: It appears to be turned on in System Preferences, but it doesn't show up when trying to connect from my iPhone. I think it's worth noting that my AirPods do appear as Not Connected in system preferences, though I can't get them to actually connect.

- Scroll: Although this is more of a miscellaneous change, I would love to have smoother scrolling across menus and pages. I'm using a Logitech wireless mouse.

I am attaching my config.plist file, as well as some pictures that might be of help. Please make sure to contact me if you need anymore information. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everybody for your patience and interest, and Happy New Year!

you are injecting intel graphics in your config.plist, shoul dbe set to false

you seem to be using a desktop smbios, maybe a laptop one would be better

please read the faq for proper hardware profile setup:

So just un-checking that box should suffice? I'm seeing lots or other options related to graphics.

I did think about that while reading some other responses, but there are so many of them I can't really decide on which one to choose. The MacBookPro9,2 option seems to have my same CPU, but I don't know about the GPU...

Thanks! I'll give that a good read.

I don't have a DSDT file (that I know of) and am using version 5.3.2.0.

And how do I enter all that code? I'm using Clover.
