I've open the Mac Pro case twice and I want this to be an ongoing thread to add tips that could have saved me a ton of time.

TOOLS THAT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE:

T Wrench for getting the CPU heatsink off (YOU NEED THIS):

Plier set (needle plier that curves is useful nuts off screws):

Plier set #2 (locking wrench helped me alot with getting the middle shelf off)

Right angle drill adapter (NOT NECESSARY BUT VERY USEFUL):

TIPS:
1) GETTING THE MIDDLE TOP SHELF (that seperates the CD Drive and PSU) OFF: You need to first get the door handle mechanism off and then the long middle shelf off. Then unscrew the 4 nuts attached to it with pliers - there are then 4 bolts you cannot unscrew off left - 2 hidden and 2 on the bottom. Dremel the bottom 2 until a visible hole appears then use a wrench and hack the shelf back and forth with force until the 2 hidden bolts pop off. The shelf should come off eventually.
