Hello, Im creating a new build with Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)

-Intel i7-6700K 4.0Ghz Box
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4

-Gigabyte Z170 Ultra Gaming (GA-Z170X-Ultra Gaming)
-Nvidia GTX 970
-Samsung 500GB SSD

this build is for Video live events (with windows and Mac Os)
It will be using with MATROX MXo2 and BLACKMAGIC Intensity and Mini.

The question is:
How the graphics works with the thunderbolt connections when i plug a Matrox or a Blackmagic?
the graphics comes from the GTX 970 or the integrated graphics?
We need the power of the GTX 970, and i want to know if are connected with it.

Thanks you so much!

Oh, sounds cool.
Looking at the spects in gigabyte website I found in the description this.
(But how it works? Only connecting and all is done? jaja)

Theoretically yes, just plug it in. But, not sure if there is a driver that must be installed at the OS level to make it work. If that is the case then it may not work in macOS.

mm good question jajaja.
Well, if works with windows its fine. (only for video purposes)
All the rest need to work fine with Sierra.
Thanks! ;)
