Thunderbolt or Firewire card

I have built another Hackintosh using the GA-Z87X-UD5H motherboard. Now I'm wondering about adding Thunderbolt and Firewire capabilities and don't see any recommended cards listed.

Has anyone added either of these types of cards to their machines. . . I need some recommenda
