Thunderbolt Not Working on Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7-TH
Hello!
I'm new and I want to say that this is an amazing community to be a part of! It is really cool what everyone has accomplished by helping each other out!
My first Hack has been singing along splendidly for the last month. I use it professionally for audio engineering and some video editing. Everything is working perfectly EXCEPT for the Thunderbolt ports.
As others have suggested, I tried "waking" the Thunderbolt ports by installing Windows and installing the Intel Thunderbolt drivers to no avail.
I did preform the "Thunderbolt Slow Boot Fix" and I'm wondering if that could have some how stopped the drivers from loading.
My build is:
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7-TH
Core i7-4790K
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
16GB RAM
IO Gear Bluetooth
Firewire PCIe Card
TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter
I am running Mavericks 10.9.5 and I have tried two Thunderbolt Devices (one hard drive and one audio interface) and two Thunderbolt Cables.
Here are some screen shots of my system information.
I would greatly appreciate any help!
