Did Some more tests:

And to conclude:
IF I decide to use both the TB ports of the Motherboard, in what order I put the Sonnet or CalDigit
Like:
TB1: CalDigit, TB2: Sonnet
TB1: Sonnet, TB2: CalDigit
Only the Sonnet with HDX Card now is willing to connects it Driver and the CalDigit doesn't.
When I daisy-chain the Thunderbolt devices, doesn't matter which one first, and TB1 or TB2 port of the Motherboard they both fully connect now.

So the chain now is:
TB1 Motherboard -> Sonnet -> CalDigit.

to go a step further I added 1 more Sonnet Expansion Chassis with 2 Audio Cards in it from Lynx Studio.
I did a hot plug in the CalDigit, the PCIe cards shows up in the IOREG but doesn't connect.
When rebooting the connect to the correct driver and the Control panel of Lynx sees the two cards
But then we get the problem no audio is playing thru the cards, but that's the issue I guess that other forum should have covered

Btw Installed the CalDigit Docking Station Utility, this doesn't see the dock and but I guess this has to do with a non Flashed firmware
