Hi, my Hackintosh is almost perfect now.
Gotten everything to work except changing brightness.
For now i'm using brightness slider app from appstore, having rerouted f1 and f2 to not having to use fn key by karabiner app. This works, but only "dims" display, doesn't turn it off / completely black on lowest brightness setting.
I can adjust brightness by native slider manually in display options no problem,
however trying to use f1 and f2 in the native way:
- brightness indicator pops up but doesn't change
- Screen flashes black on f2 and then gets abit brighter
- Screen goes black on f1 and won't turn on again.
The display is connected by:
Gigabyte z370 Aorus 7 > Alpine ridge tb3 card > tb3 / tb2 adapter > Thunderbolt display
