No. That’s why I went ahead and did the fresh install on a new disk

If you did a fresh install, then I would be inclined to think the problem is hardware, but in the absence of anything else it's just a guess.

Definitely. I think I’ll try getting a new PSU. Probably go with a 1000 wt model this time. Hopefully that’s the culprit.

Unlikely, Seasonic are the best PS's in the world, but maybe take it to a local computer shop and see if they can test it for you, they also usually come with five year warranties. I swear by Seasonic and have never had one fail on me in fifteen years of using them.
