hey, i am having trouble installing bigsur 11.2 with ur efi.. can you be help me out which process u followed? and as i see urs is 11.1, can ur efi work on 11.2?

Fixes everything except sleep is broken

I can confirm that ZzzGun's EFI fixes everything - except for sleep. Thanks a bunch. After a week of troubleshooting I was stuck with the black screen after the verbose boot. Typing this now from the near-perfect functioning system. Even WiFi works thanks to the Intel card that apparently came with it.

Only other issue I have is with iMessage/FaceTime re-launching after signing in... could be because I jumped the gun by adding my MAC address in the ROM entry? Unless I am not alone with that issue.

I was surprised to find anyone else trying to put macOS on this thing - I guess it's a more popular machine than I thought.
