If I insert the SD-Card before I start the T430 the SD-Card and the right storage amount show up in the Disk Utility

Problem reporting files must represent the scenario you're asking about.
The ioreg didn't show any device plugged in to the card (as far as I could tell).

Should I generate new files while the SD-Card is inserted?

Looks like the card is partitioned MBR... what formats are the partitions on that card?
If they are not recognized by macOS, you should expect the message you mention.
Why not partition it properly with Disk Utility?

Because I can't...

If I try to format it via Disk Utility it shows me a error or the Disk Utility does not show up the devices...

Error Message
"Device could not be opened"

I had the same problems with my HDD Caddy drive before I fixed it with this patch:

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/815-appleahciportkext/

Maybe it is the same problem??
I know that the reader is connected via USB2

Partitioning has nothing to do with formatting.
Make sure you use the View menu to show devices, such that you can select the device itself.

I tried it but it does not work ...

I tested to partition it to MBR GPT MacOS but every time the same error

I also tried to partition it with GParted Live CD

What do you mean by "MBR GPT"?
You have to choose one or the other.
What "same error"?

I tried different partition tables
