No one with help here? I can't disable the DVD at the BIOS and have to plug it out. That´s no solution for me...

Just leave it - i have mine enabled too. I can use the DVD Drive and i see no bad side effects other then the info problem in system profiler. I even did benchmark my sata drives with and without the DVD enabled - same performance.
