The ultimate music production workstation

Hi there everyone,

I wanted some help on building myself a workstation for music production which could easily last me for the years to come.

I don't know what parts to use or what to get. I wanted to use the Asus rampage V motherboard or any other which could be best.

I have an external sound card but I'd like a good grade internal sound card as well. Thunderbolt could be optional as I don't use that port.

I usually work on pro tools and Cubase but at times I prefer logic pro as well.

I use quite a few vsts as well.

I hope a perfect system could be built which could be best for me.

I game on a windows platform but I'd say it is limited.

+1 steve same question! , i allready bought Rampage+5820k+32 ddr4 , i ll sell my old Mac pro and i want switch to x99 with cubase too

Thanks denixx......did you put up the system and start workin on it.....could you share in detail about your build and did you install os x??? How flawless is it??

I know it's a lot of questions sorry just curious....
