eSATA port on back doesnt work, needs a Marvell Raid driver. everything else is great!

On my DX58SO the e-sata marvell ports on the back work fine, as long as I boot from the iBoot CD. If I boot from the Hard Drive, it does not work. Any ideas?
I have used http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index. ... pic=231993 to get the computer to boot from the HD, since Easybeast did not do the job.
