The system cannot correctly identify the 4k display resolution

as the title, the screenshots as below. also can't enable 1080P hiDPI. the display default resolution should be 3840x2160, but the system is 1920x2160,it's incorrect.how can I clear this issue?

I follow this tutorial to enable the hidpi.
