The Perfect HTPC flow

ok so im not sure I'm posting this in the right place but the folks at tonymacx86 have always been good to me so i though i would give it a shot. I plan to commence building a HTPC server that would distibute files around my house and to my apple tv but what i really wanted to do was to set up a automator work flow that would help me with my goal:

DVD is inserted into Mac - MakeMKV is opened auto and disc is automatically copied with me needing to do anything - the newly copied file is opened in smart converter pro and turned into a compatible apple tv file - then that new file automatically opens in iFlicks and artwork and info are gathered. Then lastly the file is added to itunes.

I wanted to have a script running on my computer so all i have to do is insert the disc then everything just goes according to plan

Inserted - copied - converted - metadata grabbed - itunes

please help
