The best choice for changing the Wifi & Bluetooth card?

Hello everyone.

On my computer HP Ay505NF, I have wifi and bluetooth that does not work.
I install a USB Wifi key that works and also a Bluetooth USB key but I find it a shame to take 2 USB for this.

I would like to change the card inside the computer, for a card 100% compatible Mac OS X Sierra.

I have no knowledge on this subject, can help me choose the right card please.

In the photo, I just 1 antenna is there are 2 connectors, is this normal?

Is it possible to have a card that makes Wifi and Bluetooth at the same time?

Also tell me how to call the connection port of this card?
