Or just install a supported AMD card. Even installing a 780 Ti would work. Lots of options.
Ah yes. I will look into that. Thank you

As a hackintosher, that would be like giving up. Nothing wrong with the hardware…sure we can figure this one out too, as lots of things have been figured out before.

Isn’t the 780ti an nvidia card? How would that still work? What would I have to do driver wise, if I can’t open the web driver installer?

The GTX 780/ti has native support, no additional drivers required.
It will work up to (but not including) Monterey.

Not certain that it is Apple, surely the Nvidia web drivers are owned/maintained by Nvidia.

This is what I have been wondering since the problem became known. Is it just that NVidia have not bothered to renew their code signing as they no-longer have a pressing reason to bother?

Might not actually be Apple being proactive ... ?

(Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here.)

If you don't want to hassle with changing out your graphics card, I'd first try installing the Nvidia drivers again but doing so AFTER you change your BIOS time and date back to May 1st. EDIT: Don't forget to change it back afterward - successful or not.

Interesting idea. I will indeed try that suggestion. Thank you!
