Low Profile RX 560's have been impossible to find up until now. All of the MSI branded ones sold out long ago. Yeston, a Chinese co. have just brought the LP RX 560 back on Newegg. Now you won't have to take a chance on whether one of the RX 550s will work or not. These cost around 40 USD more but if you must have a LP card for your SFF these are one of the better choices now.

No DP but it has HDMI 2.0 output to go directly to your 4K TV or monitor with no adapter needed.
Amazon is also selling them for ten dollars more.

What about good quality audio ? One of the best USB microphones under $100 is the Blue Yeti Nano. Perfect for podcasting, game streaming, Skype/Zoom calls, YouTube voice overs or recording music in Logic Pro X. The 3.5 mm mic jacks on the Dell Optiplex do not perfrom very well if at all. If you're serious about good audio input you'll want to get some kind of USB mic to use. When you consider the build quality and how long one will last, it's a good investment.

Here's another really good case deal from Newegg. $49.99 AR for the Mesh front Phanteks P300A case. It's ATX so you'll have plenty of room for the Dell mATX size motherboard. All the Harbin Repair adapters will fit easily if you use those. Has dual front USB 3.0 ports that your Dell Optiplex mobo has a header for. You can't do much better than this for 50 USD. The steel thickness and build quality is what you'd normally see on $80 + cases.

Here's a detailed P300A review with lots of good B-roll (starting at 4:15) that lets you see most of the case up close.

Anyone experience graphic artifacts when using Optimac w/ a NVS 510? Has been working great for a year, then recently experienced weird graphic artifacts. Usually rebooting resolves the issue, but my last reboot I was stuck on the Apple progress bar, could never get to log in screen/desktop. I eventually had to revert to HD4600 graphics at 1080P to get logged in.

I tried verbose and safe mode. Any help appreciated.

You could test the NVS 510 in Windows to see if it happens there as well. Will help you rule out the hardware itself as a cause. Switch to the other min-DP outputs. See if it happens on all the others too.

You know when the crypto mining craze is getting way out of hand when these low power, LP RX 560s sell out quickly at $240 each. The max selling price should be around $120 if even that much.

Thanks for the suggestion! I ended up buying another card, and all is working again. I never experienced a card going bad, but a first for everything!
