Next try
I have made the best I can to follow your advise:
1. Fisically removed SSD Samsung 970 EVO plus
2. Made modification of the BIOS
3. Added drivers downloading them from Clover. They haven't the 64 in the filename but I assume is the same
4. FSiniect-64 was not present in Clover so I have copyed the one in the EFI- directory.

After I boot after the Bios screen there for a microsecond a text saying (I have made a video and made some images of it)
Legacyapfcontainerscan: Entrypoint
Block size:512Legacyapfcontainerscan: ApsfGptEntry is null
Legacyapfcontainerscan: Entrypoint
Block size:512Legacyapfcontainerscan: Block Device not supported

Maybe these text there where before was impossible to see them in a microsecond.
Thanks again

<false/>
<key>Find</key>
<data>oAqTU1RBUwE=</data>

First o all Thanks BlackHack13...two Dummies question:
1. Where or how I have to put this string in config.plist (I have opened Dreamwaver and inserted at the beginning but something strange happens after trying to install. I assume is in the wrong position).
I have added the config.list in any case.

2. You are saying the firmware update 970Evo plus will work on mojave install?

Thanks again

1. You have to add this patch manually with and plist editor, you can use plisteditor pro app, you can find it online add those entries after the last dsdt patch on the config.plist file. or you can use clover configurator to add the patch like shown on the bellow screenshot.

2. I changed mine for a 970 Pro so I am not sure, but people reporting is works well after update, I will do some testing with th 970 evo plus tonight and keep you guys posted.

P.S : With the patch you should be able to boot to the installer now.

Some answer to your question.
- The Hard disk I thought it was Toshiba but it is Fujitsu. This was the one on the Mcbook see the custom label in attached image.
- The installation is done connecting the PC via the MSI RX570 Hdmi videocard to a Samsung TV 32". I thought the monitor can't make any changes. I even tried to install without the RX 570 card and changing the bios but no way.
IN BIOS
- The 970 Evo PLUS is just plugged in the board and I have installed over there Windows 10.
- I have tryed disassembling drive and leaving only Fujitsu but nothing changes. On every assemble the BIOS put the drive in order.
- I disable in the boot order what is not the UEFI USB drive before to install.

I will make the changes and I will try.
Il will let you know thanks right now

BIOS will detect and add to the BIOS Boot options list, any drive connected to MoBo with a SATA Data cable and Power cable when the Computer is Powered on and Started.

The surest way to eliminate a Problem disk from showing up and creating boot issues during MacOS installation is to DISCONNECT either the Power or DATA cable from the Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250 disk.

You can reconnect Windows Disk AFTER the macOSMojave SystemDisk is fully installed and boots on its own Clover without the need for the macOSMojave USB Installer Disk.

The macOSMojave System Disk
that has the common boot loader Clover EFI for Hackintosh, Windows and Linux , should be Boot Options Priorities #1

All other real disks and Bogus entries
like macOS or OS X must be Disabled from Boot Option Priorities List

Once you disconnect the disk, perform Clear CMOS procedure on the MoBo, by touching the two Clear CMOS pins with the tip of a Flat head screw driver for 10-20 Seconds or removing the CMOS coin Battery for 10-20 seconds and placing it back (whichever is easier for you)

On reboot , choose Load Optimized Default BIOS and Reboot>Enter BIOS setup>
Reapply all BIOS options once again for macOS installation.
Don't Forget to make sure the Year, Month, Date and Time are current!

Great and thanks all
I'have been able to install on the Fujitsu disk.
Now there are Ethernet and other things to make it work... but the first step is done

Later I will try updating firmware and installing Mojave on Samsung EVO plus.
I will let you know
Thanks again

After all the changes I have made following cmn699 I have added the config.plist line you send me and everything works.
I attach here the EFI directory inf can help anyone else.

About Samsung 970 EVO plus, I have updated the firmware, and tryed to install Mojave again but I had no success. I attach the bad screen message.
I will buy new SSD as cnm699 advise

@robcop it's work for some of us but not for others, for me it did not work but for a user here I advised to updated the firmware and it's worked flawlessly. can't understand this behavior, what are we missing here ?
