Hi,

sorry to ask again but someone has an idea ?

Instead of Lnx2mac drivers, what is your opinion concerning the other 8111E drivers ?

last question : should I use the files contained in brix.zip archive ?

Thanks again for your help

I've followed the first post with tony's files, but without success.
After the installation of 10.8.5 I can boot only from usb with -x

I don't know what is wrong. Take a look to my boot and please tell me how to resolve the problem. Thanks

Try adding dart=0 in your kernel flags.

please

somebody to check with the brix : when you unplug the cable and plug it again : it works ? you have a correct IP

For me, it seems that the brix does not receive the answer from the DHCP

and I have poor and variable speed when I launch a transfert through the brix : a maximum of 400 Mb/s and very variable

My transfert test consists of copying from my NAS (12 discs raidz) directly to the SSD of the Brix and they are connected to giga ethernet.

very strange ...

OK anyone having updating issues, the Patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement for 10.8.5 is fixed as of this afternoon's MultiBeast 5.5.2. I just tested.

Boot using UniBeast USB, install that, then reboot.

tony tony tony please : you have tested the brix with i3 cpu

no issue with the 8111E ethernet card ?

when unplug / plug the cable ?

transfert rate ?

Thanks again for answers and tests

I have problems too with Ethernet but not as severe.
If I unplug the cable once, then I lose connectivity until a reboot. While this sucks balls, I can live with it.

My main problem is when I do large transfers like some of you do. After 40-50 gigabytes I will get errors. The network will still work but very very poorly, I have to reboot.

I have not yet the time to try the driver by Rehabman et al.

ok i am not alone

japanesepantyhose you have the same problem as me

i have downloaded several different drivers : I will try and check the differences

I give you feedbacks

bonne nuit ;o)
