Hi,
could anyone post the kernel?
i have no osx running at the moment. Any chance to use ubuntu to copy the kernel over to the osx disk?

Maybe you'll be able to do so, with the latest stable version of Parted magic from sourceforge (Boot CD).
It should be able to access HFS+ partitions.
