Temperatures?

So just wondering what everyone else temperatures are for the components in the XPS. And if anyone has done some mods to cool the CPU and or drives. I changed out my CPU heat sink and fan and now get about a 4-5 degree drop. But i can still hear the fans on occasion and was wondering if there were any easy mod to do.

Current temps
CPU - 38*C
HD 1 - 35*C
HD2- 35*C
