Takes 1-3 restarts to boot onto El Capitan

So when I try to boot into El Capitan, it will get to the apple loading screen. Then it will load to about 75 percent then restart. Sometimes it does that 1-3 times and then finlly boots into El Capitan without me changing anything. When it does boot I just click ignore for all the errors El Capitan gives me. And then it works fine.

Had the issue in 10.11.3 and 10.11.4.

My Build is:
MSI z97 PC Mate
GTX 970
i7 4790
Config is MacPro 3,1

I had that same issue, as well. Ended up being a video driver issue. Post up a -v last lines photo on a 'common' fail.
