System uptime in nanoseconds....

Hi,
I had installed a IOS 10.12.6 in my hachintosh, and wrongly I accepted to install a System uptdate file.. after this uptade IOS is not charging and a Black window with a lot of words appears ech time, with the last sentence : System uptime in nanoseconds.... and then reestart again. Is a bucle.
I don't know how to solve this problem, I Will apreciate any help about it. Please find enclosed a Picture of the messages.

You didn't - IOS is for mobile devices like iPhones and iPads.

Caused by out of date Lilu.kext.
Boot with -liluoff then update Lilu.kext and plugin kexts.
