Since you haven't been trying any boot flags give some a try and see what happens try these
-x -v GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x2000 cpus=1
just hit the space bar at the chimera boot screen and start typing them In they are case sensitive if they don't work get us another screen shot also are you post install or pre install also be sure you have your bios set according to the mavericks install guide

I suggest that you read this thread: http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks-desktop-guides/116466-guide-asus-maximus-vi-hero-build.html

From my experience with ASUS motherboards, you need to patch the BIOS to proceed. However it may be possible to work around patching the BIOS using other methods (Google for a guide if you want to go that route).

Good modding,

You can try adding maxmem=4096 dart=0 to the string of boot flags I told you already but I'm sure it's the bios most always kernel panics point to the bios settings also with your graphics card I know you need GE=No which is defaulted in chimera so it's not needed
