I try to install Monterey but I can’t install when installing come 12 minutes remaining system freezing mouse not move.Opencore 0.7.7

Try to disable Above 4G decoding in bios if it is enabled, on your config.plist : Securebootmodel : Disabled.

This looks like the i210 NIC is misbehaving with Monterey. Disconnect the cable, if there's one, or try disabling the NIC in BIOS for install.
Alternatively, you may try this kext.

You may remove or disable: SSDT-AWAC-INI, SSDT-RTC0-RANGE, SSDT-UNC, SSDT-GPRW, AHCIPortInjector, AppleMCEReporterDisabler, CpuTscSync, USBPower, SmallTreeIntel8259x (IntelMausi does the job for i219).
The board works nicely as iMac19,1, headless with the iGPU in your E-2176G. Why are you using MacPro7,1 SMBIOS?
And which frequency vector is provided with CPUFriend? The E-2176G is a slightly boosted Core i7-8700 with ECC. I have never investigated, but my E-2278G seems to do fine with just the default iMac19,1.
