System freeze after mail sending

System freeze when try to attach file to email

Hello everyone, have some trouble with Yosemite:
when I try to attach some file to email using mail app system freeze when program try to send the mail help only reset button. Also trying to send using web interface of gmail the same thing happens(system freeze when files loads). On Mavericks I do not have such trouble, Bios update didn't help (F11=>F22)

System: Z77-D3H
CPU: i7-3770k
Graphics: MSI ATI Radeon 6850
Other Hardware: Samsung 850 Evo 120Gb
