Supermicro X11SPA-T unable to flash custom firmware (msr unlocked)

I created a custom firmware and cannot seem to flash it no matter what I try - Supermicro X11SPA-T
It always says, Secure Flash Recovery Image Verification Failed

Can anyone provide guidance to force this flash?

Or any one with a Supermicro X11 motherboard- if you were able to flash a custom BIOS or unlock msr, please let me know how you did it.

Bueller? Does anyone have any secrets for a Supermicro X11 motherboard? I've spent near 20 hours trying to get the custom BIOS flashed over and it just doesn't allow me to do it.
