Just curious if anybody has ever made one of these motherboards into a Hackintosh?
I have one at work that is live as a Linux box, but curious if I could boot it up with a live USB thumb drive and test drive it, leaving the Linux install untouched.
Config: SuperMicro MBD-X9DRI-LN4F+, 2x Xeon 6 core CPUs, 384GB ECC DDR3 RAM, 12TB RAID-5, SSD, 2x NVidia GTX-680, ...
What is the best procedure for making a live USB thumb drive (not just a Unibeast installer USB thumb) that is fairly general/portable (ie, works on a large variety of machines)?
