Suggestd process crashing repeatedly

To all,

Ever since I've upgraded to 10.15.1 I noticed that ReportCrash is taking up significant CPU % and time in Activity Monitor. The process that is causing excessive ReportCrash activity is the suggestd process, which is crashing repeatedly. Any ideas how to fix this or turn it off? Thanks in advance!
