Suddenly stuck at boot1: /boot

Hello:

I had a great Lion install running for a few weeks, using MultiBeast and DSDT-GA-P35-DS3R-2.1-F13.aml, plus one of the VoodooHDA choices. This morning the boot loader doesn't work. My system gets stuck at "boot: /boot" and the cursor just sits there and blinks.

I've tried running MultiBeast a few times, but no change. I can only get up and running by booting from my USB drive.

I'd sure appreciate any tips. I'd love to fix this boot problem without having to reinstall from scratch.

Try downloading Chimera stand alone installer and run it.

Thx. Tried that. Still boots fine from the Unibeast USB, but not from the SSD with Lion on it. Hangs at boot1: /boot.

Same problem here. I got this after installing chameleon manually.
When i erase my OSX partition and reinstall everything, i still have this problem.
Have you fixed it yet?
