Hi

My machine has been stable for around two years but yesterday at first start-up the machine got so far then re-booted itself. Now the machine just goes into a re-boot cycle. I have started the machine with -v and -x -v but the screen does not remain static long enough to take a screen-shot, it just re-boots. Is there any way to make the system halt long enough to get a capture of the verbose boot screen, or can anyone suggest a remedy for this auto re-boot problem?

Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

My spec's are in my system info.

A USB problem - Did you change anything regarding the USB settings ?
kext-dev-mode=1 and rootless=0 are not required in El Capitan.

Have you tried safe mode or booting without caches and injected kexts ?
