Sudden unable to boot

Do you think that i have to restore it? Do you think that i have to restore it? other option? .. ?
Still looks like a faulty hard drive or a corrupt file system to me.
 
Formatting the drive should correct a corrupt file system but will erase any data on it.
If the drive is faulty it is unlikely that you will be able to format it.

If the data is Important to you then replace the drive and reinstall to the new drive.

How do can I make a back up from my boot disk?

Is possible
 
when I ran recovery mode and executing utility disk...
