Sudden issues with APFS on Mojave...Can't boot

I have been running Mojave on my machine ever since it was released with no issues, then the other day I rebooted my machine and got the screen below and then the machine freezes and won't boot any further. I have tried copying the Mojave apfs.efi file to the /CLOVER/drivers64UEFI folder by mounting the drive on another computer, but then when I try to boot on this drive I get the same thing.

I tried checking this drive on another Mac for issues and not surprisingly the last activity was with an apfs file (can't remember if it was the efi file or not).

Why would this have suddenly happened and what can i do to be able to boot again??

Hello, Same for me on high Sierra after deleting a kext directly from finder in library/extension.
I have this message but if I wait, osx launch after about 1 minute !

Anyone found a resolution for this error on Clover start up?

I'm getting the equivalent but it boots eventually ...
